Pastor Wm. David Tittle has been a member of Philippi Baptist Church for many years and filled in for Pastor Carl Wikoff on many occasions before answering the call to preach. Pastor Tittle began teaching Sunday School in 1991 while living in Davenport IA. His wife Tina has been teaching Sunday School even longer. When Pastor Wikoff retired, Brother Tittle was called as pastor in August 2011. Pastor Wikoff has since passed on to his heavenly home. Pastor Tittle is dedicated to preaching God’s Word from the King James Bible and is dedicated to being the under-shepherd of this congregation, under the direction of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Tina Tittle continues to teach Sunday School as well as work with the ladies.
